The Cat in the Hat visited kindergarten, first and second grade students at Wilder Elementary School.
The week of February 29 - March 4 was a fun one at Wilder Elementary School, as they celebrated Read Across America. The Cat in the Hat visited; Drop Everything and Read took place every day; a skit called The King’s Pudding was performed by teachers; guest readers showed up to share books; and children got to wear something different and special each day. Celebrating Dr. Seuss’s birthday will be fondly remembered by all.
