Wilder Elementary School hosted a dance-a-thon on February 11 to raise money for the PTA.  The students “boogied their hearts out” for 30 minutes and had a great time following dance moves from a Zumba teacher as many parents and teachers joined in the fun.

The pupils were to collect pledges from family and friends for the amount of time they danced.  As an added incentive, those who collected the most donations will get the opportunity to throw a pie in a teacher’s face, with one winner per grade level.  Their targets will be chosen from a pool of teacher volunteers.
