Westerville City Schools is pleased to announce the launch of its redesigned website. The new website uses a Responsive Design framework that automatically adjusts to the device or operating system being used to view the site, thereby giving visitors the best possible user experience.

Regarding site navigation improvements, building homepages no longer have district-specific links at the top of the page. Instead, those primary links are specific to each building, which allows quicker access to building information. District-level links are now located at the bottom of the page, along with a secondary set of building links.

A new site-design feature is the addition of social media feeds. The district’s Facebook page (Facebook.com/WCSOH) and YouTube channel (YouTube.com/WCSDOhio) are now accessible from and viewable on the district’s homepage. The district’s Facebook feed also is accessible on each building’s homepage, though building-specific social media feeds can be added if the school has a social media presence.

This website redesign was completed in-house by district staff and is part of the district’s ongoing effort to provide the community with current and relevant information about Westerville City Schools.
