The Westerville City School District is hosting the first of three Virtual Family Math Nights for families and guardians of elementary students 6-7 p.m. Oct. 4 via Zoom.
WCSD Math Curriculum Specialist Heather Griffith will lead the session, which will focus on the Bridges math curriculum, feature activities families and guardians can do with their child(ren) and provide opportunities for participants to understand visual models that help students conceptually understand math.
The other two Virtual Family Math Nights will be held from 6-7 p.m. Oct. 18 and Nov. 8 via Zoom.
