Families in the Westerville City School District may pay their elementary and middle school grade-level fees online by credit card beginning July 31. High school grade level fees and athletic fees will be available August 7. Simply go to www.wcsoh.org and click on EZPay under the Resources section. Checks (made payable to WBOE), cash and money orders will also be accepted. Fees must be paid prior to or during Back to School Days. As a new process this year, parents who qualify for free or reduced-price meals will need to fill out an on-line form allowing school districts to share a student’s free and reduced lunch status in order to adjust fees. Westerville student fees for consumable instructional materials for the 2017-2018 school year are as follows:
Elementary supply fees to be collected are: preschool, $15.50; kindergarten, $18.50; grade 1, $32.00; grade 2, $32.00; grade 3, $28.00; grade 4, $30.00; and grade 5, $30.00.
The general instructional materials fee for grades 6 - 7 is $40, plus specific course fees. The instructional materials fee for grade 8 is $35, plus specific course fees. Extracurricular fees are $75 for the first sport, $50 for the second sport, and $0.00 for the third sport. There is a family cap of $300 for extracurricular fees.
The general instructional materials fee for high school students is $20 for all students. There may be other course specific fees for consumable materials. Class dues will be assessed in the amount of $5 per student per year. The replacement fee for a second photo identification card will be $5.00. A school campus parking permit is $30 per student per year. The Advanced Placement test fee is $93 and International Baccalaureate anticipated fees are $175 per year for registration; and approximately $120 per test. Extracurricular fees are $150 for the first sport, $75 for the second sport, and $0.00 for the third sport. There is a family cap of $300 for extracurricular fees.
