Third grade Whittier pals enjoyed the colorful student artwork that was displayed throughout the building.
Families gathered at Whittier Elementary School on Friday evening, May 5, to enjoy two and three-dimensional artwork that was on display throughout the building. All pieces were created by students in grades K-5, under the direction of art teacher Elizabeth Kengeter-Bash. Also featured that evening were art activity stations, a community painting, performances by the Whittier Recorder Club, and a bucket drumming demonstration. Two food trucks provided refreshments.
