At Robert Frost Elementary School, kindness matters.  That was evident on March 9 when students gathered in the gymnasium to present 143 hand-made blankets to Jessica Hollins, founder of My Very Own Blanket.  They will be given to children in the foster care system.  And because the pupils collected a whopping $1,430.14 for the cause, they had enough fabric left over from the blankets to make 87 dog toys, which will be donated to Rescued Ohio.  In keeping with their goal to spread kindness, Robert Frost students, earlier in the year, collected and sent 184 pounds of candy to deployed troops and first responders; and participated in Start with Hello Week.  “Thank you all for doing your part to spread kindness to yourselves, our school and our community,” said Principal Sarah Berka.
