Dr. John Kellogg, Superintendent of Westerville City Schools, has been selected by a panel of peers from his region to receive the 2018 Buckeye Association of School Administrators (BASA) Exemplary Leadership Award. He will be honored during an awards luncheon at the group’s fall conference on October 2 at the Hilton Polaris.
