School fees in the Westerville City School District are due on Monday, October 17. Please visit the district’s website, www.wcsoh.org, for links to the PowerSchool and EZPay systems. Detailed fee balances can be reviewed using the PowerSchool parent or student portal. Click on the “Balance” icon in the left side of the screen. This will show you what has been assessed, paid and what is still due for your students. If you need assistance with your PowerSchool username or password, please contact your child’s building.
It is easy to create an EZPay account with three simple steps. You will provide your name, email address and create a unique password. Next, view and agree to the terms. And finally, add students to your account by providing their student id and last name. You can add all your students to your EZPay account and pay fees for multiple buildings with one transaction. EZPay is a great way to pay school fees and tuition, add money to lunch accounts and pay athletic fees.
EZPay is the preferred payment option, but you may still pay by check, cash or money order at the buildings. Checks should be made payable to the Westerville Board of Education or WBOE. Credit card payments are not accepted at the buildings.
