Westerville City School District elementary students whose transportation arrangements include the use of shuttles may arrive home slightly later than usual today due to a delayed release at McVay Elementary. The school was under a lock out this afternoon due to police activity in the area and was not permitted to release students until 3:55 p.m. Thank you for your understanding.
