On Monday evening, October 28, the McVay Elementary PTA hosted Spooky Read Night. Hundreds of pupils met at the school to show off their costumes, hear their teachers read spooky stories, have their picture taken in a photo booth, and dance along with festive Halloween videos.  Students and their families also collected and donated food, and decorated placemats for the Westerville Area Resource Ministry (W.A.R.M.).  Topping off the evening was a colorful costume parade through a “haunted” hall.
