Five Westerville Elementary Schools Raise $24,193 for the American Heart Association

Five Westerville City elementary schools participated in Kids Heart Challenge activities last year to earn money for the American Heart Association.  At the conclusion of the 2018-2019 school year, a whopping $24,193 had been raised for the organization.   Participants were Alcott, Annehurst, Cherrington, Hawthorne and McVay elementary schools. 

The money will be used for improving patient care; research; advocating for better health; raising awareness; protecting the future; educating Americans; and reaching out to populations at risk.  Learn more at https://www.facebook.com/groups/KidsHeartChallenge.
