Westerville City Schools is partnering with Health Heroes, Inc. to offer flu vaccination clinics this year for any student enrolled in the district.

The drive-thru flu vaccination clinics will be available from 3:30 to 6:45 p.m. Oct. 13-16 at the Academic Enrichment Center, 336 S. Otterbein Ave. Parents must complete a consent form and students must have it with them when they arrive at the clinic. (Consent forms can be found here.)

Students with private insurance or Medicaid will be provided the flu vaccine with no out-of-pocket expenses or deductibles. Qualifying uninsured students will be given the flu vaccine, free of charge.

The district piloted the flu immunization program for the State of Ohio in 2014.
