Representatives from the Westerville Education Foundation (WEF) accepted a Resolution of Commendation from the Board and Superintendent on September 24 commemorating 25 years of bringing exceptional opportunities to students and supporting innovation in classrooms.  Since its founding in 1993, WEF has funded 235 grants and district initiatives amounting to $200,524.  They also launched GAP in 2014, which harnessed the power of technology to bring online funding opportunities to Westerville City School District educators.  In 2015, they fully funded the startup of the Student Connections.
