Students from Otterbein University and the Westerville City Schools Best of Both Worlds program joined forces to host Health and Activity Nights at Mark Twain Elementary School on Tuesday evening, April 7; and at Robert Frost Elementary on Thursday evening, April 9.  A number of interactive activities were offered, all of which were designed to educate children and adults about health topics.  Special focus was placed on childhood obesity and childhood hunger.  Activity stations included soccer, basketball, rock climbing, line dancing, cup stacking, tug of war, corn hole, yoga, parachute, and much more.  Healthy snacks were provided by Parent Teacher Associations.  Otterbein University HLED 3800 students sponsored the events, with help from Susan Smucker’s fourth grade class at Mark Twain and Kari Tucker’s fourth grade class at Robert Frost.
