“Setting and Measuring Goals for Success” is the theme of the next English as a Second Language (ESL) parent meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, October 21. The event will take place in the Hawthorne Elementary School cafeteria from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. and is open to all ESL families. Hawthorne is located at 5002 Far View Road in Columbus.
Topics to be covered include grade reports; parent/teacher conferences; and parent groups to join. Interpreters will be provided (with advance notice), a supervised child’s activity table will be available, and raffle prizes will be awarded.
