The first day of classes for Westerville high school students is Wednesday, August 13, 2014. Payment of student fees and schedule pick-up for all three Westerville high schools has been announced as follows.
- Westerville Central High School students should observe the following times for fee payment and schedule pick-up: juniors and seniors, August 6 between 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.; freshmen and sophomores, August 7 from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Please note that schedules will not be released unless the emergency medical form and publicity consent form are returned. These forms were included in the back to school packet. Friendly reminder: All outstanding fees and fines must be paid prior to picking up a schedule. A new student orientation will be held on Thursday, August 7 at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium, followed by an Ice Cream Social hosted by the Academic Boosters. All students are strongly encouraged to attend schedule pick-up. Students who do not pick up their schedules should report directly to the auditorium on the first morning of school.
- Westerville North High School juniors and seniors should pay fees and pick up schedules on Wednesday, August 6 between 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and 4:30-6:30 p.m. Freshmen and sophomores can pick up their schedules and pay fees on Thursday, August 7, from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. Freshmen and New Student Orientation will be held in the auditorium at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evening, August 7. On August 13, 2014 all students should report to advisory by 7:25 a.m. where they will receive instructions on opening day activities. Our annual senior ceremony will take place at 7:30 a.m. in the gymnasium on Thursday, August 14. On that day, freshmen, sophomores and juniors will report to their first scheduled class. Seniors should report to the auditorium by 7:15 a.m.
- Westerville South High School students should observe the following times for fee payment and schedule pick-up. Seniors and juniors should pick up schedules on Wednesday, August 6 from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. or 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. All sophomores and freshmen should pick up schedules Thursday, August 7 from 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. or 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. All forms must be completed prior to entry into the schedule pick up area. If a student comes to schedule pick up without a parent, the student must bring all of the completed and signed forms. A friendly reminder: all outstanding fees and fines must be paid prior to picking up a schedule. A Freshmen/New Student Orientation program will be held for students and parents on Thursday night, August 7, in the auditorium at 7:00 p.m.
