Given current restrictions on public gatherings due to the coronavirus pandemic, the April 13, 2020, special session of the Westerville City Schools Board of Education to honor GEM (Great Educator Mentor) Award recipients has been cancelled. The Westerville Parent Council (WPC) is currently developing an alternative method to recognize and honor the 2019-20 GEM Award Winners. A video honoring the recipients is also available on the WPC Facebook page.
