After three years of being closed, Longfellow Elementary School is open once again, happily housing four All-day Kindergarten classrooms. Formerly, the building was a Blue Ribbon award-winning math and science magnet school for grades 1-5. In celebration of its grand re-opening, an Open House for the community will be held on Sunday, November 1, from 2:00-3:30 p.m. Longfellow Principal Christine Doolittle cordially invites visitors to tour this beautiful historic facility, once again back in the business of educating children.
