Student Fees Cover Consumable Supplies; Families Can Opt to Pay Online

Families in the Westerville City School District may pay their elementary, middle school, high school and athletic fees online by credit card beginning approximately July 29.  The Westerville City School District is waiving the online administrative fee for those who use EZPay to pay fees by August 31.  Simply go to www.wcsoh.org and click on EZPay under the “Resources” section.  Checks (made payable to WBOE), cash and money orders will also be accepted.  Fees should be paid prior to or during Back to School Days.  Parents who qualify for free or reduced-price meals will need to fill out an on-line form allowing school districts to share a student’s free and reduced lunch status in order to adjust fees.  Westerville student fees for consumable instructional materials for the 2019-2020 school year are as follows:

Elementary supply fees to be collected are: preschool, $15.50; kindergarten, $18.50; grade 1, $32.00; grade 2, $32.00; grade 3, $28.00; grade 4, $30.00; and grade 5, $30.00. 

The middle school general instructional materials fee for grades 6 - 7 is $40.  The instructional materials fee for grade 8 is $35.  Extracurricular fees are $75 for the first sport, $50 for the second sport, and $0.00 for the third sport.  There is a family cap of $300 for extracurricular fees. 

The general instructional materials fee for high school pupils is $30 for all students.  Class dues will be assessed in the amount of $5 per student per year.  The replacement fee for a second photo identification card will be $5.  A school campus parking permit costs $30 per student per year.  The Advanced Placement test fee is $94 per exam.  For students who qualify for free or reduced lunch, the cost is $10 per exam with a cap at $30.  A fee of $40, required by the College Board, will apply to all exams that are either added or canceled after November 15, 2019.  This fee will also apply for exams canceled after March 1.  The International Baccalaureate test fee is approximately $122 per test.  For students who qualify for free or reduced lunch, the cost is $10 per test with a cap at $30.    Extracurricular fees are $150 for the first sport, $75 for the second sport, and $0.00 for the third sport.  There is a family cap of $300.00 for co-curricular, extracurricular and club fees.
