Students ages 17 and under are invited to take advantage of a mobility opportunity being offered by COTA called the Summer Youth Pass. Youngsters can get to the pool, internships, soccer practice, the zoo, or other favorite summertime destinations from June 1-August 21 for an unlimited, one-time fee of just $62.
Summer Youth Passes went on sale May 15. Pupils can plan their trip using the Transit App on their phone to get real-time updates, than kick back and enjoy the free Wi-Fi on bus rides. Passes exclude Mainstream service. Only one pass is available for each person.
Passes can be purchased in person by bringing proof of age (driver’s license or birth certificate, plus another photo ID) to the COTA Pass Sales Office at 33 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Or, to buy a pass through the mail, send proof of age (copy of driver’s license or copy of birth certificate and another photo ID) to COTA Pass Sales, 33 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215, along with a check for $62.
