This is an important update on our EZPay and PowerSchool systems.
We would like to thank you for your continued patience as our third party vendors finalize upgrades to their systems. Once this process is complete this will be a much more efficient process for everyone. Due to the delays we are experiencing we wanted to let you know that the deadline to pay school fees has been changed to Monday, October 17th.
You can now review your fee balances in PowerSchool through the “Balance” icon in the left column. This will show you what has been assessed, paid and what is still due for your students. This will serve as your invoice of fees and will match what you will see and be able to pay in EZPay soon. If you have questions regarding these fees, you should contact your child’s school. Your students’ ID number is also available in PowerSchool at the top of the page next to their name. You will need this ID number to create an account in EZPay.
While it is out of our control, we believe that EZPay will be available late next week for instructional fee and tuition payments. You can continue to use the EZPay system to make athletic fee and meal payments. Please remember that using EZPay is the preferred option, but you may still pay by check or cash at the buildings.
