For as long as I can remember I have loved music and wanted to be a teacher.  In highschool I decided to combine the two!  After graduating from a small country school (Hiland High School) I went to Bowling Green State University where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Music Education.  Then after teaching for a few years I chose to complete my Master's Degree through Marygrove College in Curriculum and Instruction.  I love what I do and hope that I inspire my students everyday! 

I have been teaching Elementary music in the Westerville City School district for 20 years and have enjoyed every moment!  This year I teach K-5 at Annehurst and K at Fouse.  I have also taught at Hanby, Cherrington, Emerson and Whittier.
