Westerville City Schools had previously announced Sep. 24, Nov. 12, Jan. 28, and March 11 as early release dates. Under traditional school year operations, students would be released from school one hour earlier than normal dismissal times to allow for staff professional development.
However, while operating under Blended Learning, students will not be released and will complete their full day of learning. Staff will still participate in professional learning once the student day has ended.
Instructional times for the 2020-21 school year follow:

High Schools: 7:25 a.m. to 1:25 p.m.

Elementary Schools/All-Day Kindergarten: 9:35 a.m. to 3:20 p.m.
