Westerville City Schools (WCS) fourth- and fifth-grade students, parents invited to explore Panama

Current fourth-grade students in WCS, along with their parents, are invited to explore Panama! In the summer of 2021, graduating fifth/sixth grade pupils (currently in grades four/five) will be able to join the adventure: Panama, from Pirates to Present!  Explore Panama City’s historic UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit a pineapple farm by day and enjoy a folklore dance show in the evening. Hike in the rain forest looking for exotic animals, such as toucans and sloths. Marvel at the engineering of the Panama Canal, one of the seven wonders of the modern world. Travel to Monkey Island and snorkel along Panama’s Caribbean coast. WCS students in grades 8-11 and parents invited to safari in South Africa

Ready for the ecological and historical trip of a lifetime? In the summer of 2021, WCS high school students are invited to journey to South Africa. Immerse in the historical social inequalities through visiting the home of Nelson Mandela and the Apartheid Museum. See elephants and lions on a safari through Kruger National Park. Students and parents of all current Grade 8 and High School students are invited to the South Africa informational meeting. This meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, in the Westerville Central High School Media Center, 7118 Mount Royal Ave. Please Click HERE to RSVP.
