The Board of Trustees and Matt Lofy, Program Director, are excited to introduce the Leadership Westerville Class of 2020, the largest class in its history, dating back to 2001. This year’s Leadership Westerville class includes two Westerville City Schools employees – Nick McIlwain, assistant principal at Westerville Central High School; and Kristen Millet, assistant principal at Hawthorne Elementary School.

“The purpose of Leadership Westerville is to help develop strong civic leaders and help engage them in different sectors of our community,” says Lofy. “I am ridiculously pumped to think what nearly 30 leaders could achieve for greater Westerville.”

Founded in 2001, Leadership Westerville values community collaboration by developing a dedicated group of civic leaders who understand key issues facing the community. Leadership Westerville provides an inviting opportunity that allows participants to enhance their own skills to help them turn their vision for the community - and for themselves - into reality.
