Student Fees Cover Consumable Supplies; Families Can Opt to Pay Online This Year

Families in the Westerville City School District may pay their grade-level fees by cash or check (made payable to WBOE) during Back to School Days.  As a new option this year, fees also may be paid online by credit card.  Simply go to www.wcsoh.org and click on EZPay under the Resources section.  Fees must be paid by October 1, 2016.  Westerville student fees for consumable instructional materials for the 2016-2017 school year are as follows:

Elementary supply fees to be collected are: preschool, $15.50; kindergarten, $18.50; grade 1, $32.00; grade 2, $32.00; grade 3, $28.00; grade 4, $30.00; and grade 5, $30.00. 

The general instructional materials fee for grades 6 - 7 is $40, plus specific course fees.  The instructional materials fee for grade 8 is $35, plus specific course fees.  To assist with class/school activities, a fee of $5 per student will be assessed.  Extracurricular fees are $75 for the first sport, $50 for the second sport, and $0.00 for the third sport.  There is a family cap of $300 for co-curricular, extracurricular and club fees. 

The general instructional materials fee for high school students is $20 for all students.  There may be other course specific fees for consumable materials.  To assist with class dues/school activities, senior pictures for the yearbook, and graduation ceremony expenses, an annual class dues/school activity fee will be assessed in the amount of $15 per student per year.  The replacement fee for a second photo identification card will be $5.00.  A school campus parking permit is $30 per student per year.  The Advanced Placement test fee is $92 and International Baccalaureate anticipated fees are $175 per year for registration; and approximately $118 per test.  Extracurricular fees are $150 for the first sport, $75 for the second sport, and $0.00 for the third sport.  There is a family cap of $300 for co-curricular, extracurricular and club fees.
