When Hawthorne Elementary School’s Leadership Team asked staff, parents and fellow students to bring in canned fruit for the Westerville Area Resource Ministry (W.A.R.M.), the response was huge.  After the dust settled, a whopping 2,735 pounds of fruit was donated, proving that small people can accomplish big things.  For bringing in the most food, Pegi Wallace’s fourth grade classroom earned a pizza party, courtesy of Principal Angie Ervin.
