The Westerville community, including the city, schools, citizens, businesses, service clubs and others, will host its sixth annual concert, the Jukebox Revue, to benefit Honor Flight Columbus on Sunday, February 1 at 2:00 p.m. at Westerville North High School.  Proceeds from the event will benefit this year’s community-sponsored Honor Flight, a program honoring veterans with a guided tour of the National World War II monument in Washington, D.C.

The Jukebox Revue program follows the style of The Ed Sullivan Show, featuring musicians, bands, dancers and other entertainment.  The event will be hosted by WBNS-TV meteorologist, Mike Davis, and will feature local and regional talent, from professional musicians and dancers to high school teachers and lawyers.

Tickets can be purchased for $10 online at www.honorflightcolumbus.org or in person at the door.  All veterans and active duty military will receive free admission.  Westerville North High School is located at 950 County Line Road.

The Westerville community has been a sponsor of Honor Flight since 2009, a nonprofit organization that takes senior veterans to Washington, D.C. for a day to recognize and remember their service and sacrifice, visiting military memorials and monuments.  The 2015 Honor Flight will be the seventh flight sponsored by the Westerville community, sending a total of more than 275 WWII and Korean War veterans to the nation’s capital for their day of honor.
