Central Ohio weather couldn’t have been more perfect on Wednesday, August 13, as nearly 15,000 students in grades 1-12 returned to classes in the Westerville City School District. Enrollment is up slightly from last year. Kindergartners and preschool students begin the new school year on Monday, August 18.
