Bus drivers and support personnel in the Westerville City Schools Transportation Department were not just clowning around yesterday – they were sporting bright red noses for a good cause.  Red Nose Day took place on Thursday, May 23.  It is a campaign with the mission to end childhood poverty by funding programs that keep youngsters safe, healthy and educated.  Since its debut in 2015, nearly $150 million has been raised to help more than 16 million children in America and all around the world.  Donations raised by Transportation personnel went to Comic Relief.  Through the power of entertainment, people are brought together to laugh and have fun, all while raising life-changing cash for the youngsters who need it the most.
