Hanby second graders performed an endearing Peter Pan dance on the same evening when Generations students wowed the audience with spectacular moves.
Enthusiastic family members packed the Generations Church Studio on Park Street Friday evening, March 10, to watch as second graders from Hanby Elementary School performed in a Fairytale Dance spectacular. The audience was treated to several numbers from seasoned Generations dancers, along with an elaborate Peter Pan number from the youngsters. The children, from the classrooms of Emily Kessler and Kelly Balaz, have been collaborating with the pro’s to master their dances. The experience provided an outstanding arts opportunity through music and dance, and also helped to polish math skills through counting steps and finding patterns.
