Superintendent John Kellogg, right, talks with Leadership Westerville members about the Westerville City School District.

What’s it really like to work in a school district the size of Westerville, where more than 15,000 students are educated each and every day?  Sixteen Leadership Westerville participants got the chance to experience some of the inner-workings of the school district on Wednesday, March 2, when they spent the morning shadowing principals at Central, North, the Early Learning Center Preschool, Fouse, Cherrington, Huber Ridge, Mark Twain and Whittier.  During the afternoon, Superintendent John Kellogg gave an update about the great things happening in the district and Treasurer Bart Griffith shared information about school finance.  The group then worked on projects involving various non-profit entities.
