Frank Hatcher addresses Hanby students at Otterbein.

Students from Frank Hatcher’s science education class at Otterbein University hosted their annual Pizza Box Science labs for the 2nd and 5th grade Math and Science Magnet classes of Hanby.  This is a partnership that allows both pupils of Hanby’s Math/Science Magnet and the education students of Otterbein to learn and collaborate about science together.  Hatcher’s students use pizza boxes to contain information about the experiments they present to students. The experiments included sound, gravity, force and motion, characteristics of bubbles, measurement, graphing, and magnetism.
