Fouse Elementary School students and staff recently worked with Community Refugee & Immigration Services (C.R.I.S.), in connection with local artist Lauren Best, to envision and create a mural together supporting their Positive Behavioral Intervention & Supports (PBIS) initiative, The Leader in Me.  Using teamwork, they sketched and painted a tree in the front foyer, with leaves displaying the Seven Habits of Highly Effective Individuals.  “This artwork is prominently adding some visual stimulation to the front entrance and clearly defining the school’s vision,” said Principal Robb Stranges.  “The group labored over several days to get the desired finished product completed and should be quite proud of their legacy.”
