Eric “The Fish” Paton recently performed for students at Alcott Elementary School. Paton is a musician, performer, and educator specializing in percussion from around the world. From the dynamic style of taiko drumming of Japan to the infectious rhythms of samba from Brazil, Paton infuses excitement and interaction into his performances. He actively engaged Alcott students and teachers as they explored the language, history, and culture of music from around the world. This event was sponsored by the Alcott Student Council and was enjoyed by everyone who attended.
