Hi, I'm Reeda Gartrell and this is my sixth year teaching 5th grade at Alcott. I am teaching math to all 5th graders. I love teaching math and being at Alcott!

I taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade math intervention for three years at Annehurst Elementary. I was an ESL para-professional at Walnut Springs Middle School for three years before going to Annehurst. I was also a substitute teacher in Westerville.

I have four children: Stuart, who is married to Amy, is an Assistant principal at Heritage and Walnut Springs Middle School. Ryan, a financial analyst in Northern Kentucky, is married to Erin and they have a son, Otto. Ella,a dental sales rep and her husband Luke live in Texas with their daughter, Emma. Leslie is a nurse at a pediatric office in Hilliard.
