This is my 17th year teaching and all of them have been in Westerville.  I taught my first year at Hanby in second grade.  When Alcott opened I came here as a third grade teacher.  I LOVE THIRD GRADE! I love teaching the curriculum but even more, I love watching students grow so much over the course of the year.  It is so rewarding.  

On a personal note, I enjoy sports.  Step in my room and you will see I am a huge Duke basketball fan.  You will also see I am a proud parent of a wonderful daughter who is in third grade this year.  For the first time, I will be experience this third grade journey as a parent.   Family is very important to me.  I look foward to working with your family this year.
